Project: Development for Deutsche Bank Financial Data Werehouse(STRIDE). Duties: - Perform all aspects of development life cycle including design, development, unit testing and documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues as they arise. - Create, troubleshoot and perform tuning on complex SQL, and PL/SQL queries.

∙ Manage and perform application deployments and releases to Production, UAT and SIT systems across several technologies (Oracle, Java, Microstrategy) -Deploy metadata, packages and scripts to Oracle database and SAS engines using Udeploy. ∙ Coordinate deployment activities across several stakeholder teams, implement deployment plan and control its execution ∙ Communication with development and SL3 teams ∙ Environment configuration and releases performing - Troubleshoot Oracle\​bash scripts ∙ Issues root cause analysis, workaround search, solution proposal and estimation.

Achivements: -Succesfully created a new monitoring mechanism (using VBA,PL\SQL,curl+NAGIOS) that prevented periodical critical authentication problems due to the problems with Microsoft IIS. -Succesfully planned, coordinated and performed migration of data storage from one cluster to another without any outages. -Succesfully planned, coordinated and performed migration of data storage from Windows cluster to Linux without any outages during system transformation. Day-to-day duties: -Administering and tuning of Amdocs Clarify CRM. -Support system users (ITIL 2 level). -Drive on defects of system. -Create PL\SQL scripts and procedures in order to modify data within system database if needed(DML). -Preparing and installing the system releases and patches. -Support and development of monitoring system (NAGIOS). -Support documentation relevance. - Support UAT, DEV environment (DML\DDL eg. add partitions, indexes, alter tables, grant previleges etc) -Configure SIT environments in order to integrate them with other systems (Glassfish, E-commerce, Campaign Management etc..) -Initiate activities to analyze and address the identified problems in the CRM-system. -Examine possible workarounds and escalate if required. -New CRM version implementation\migration activities.

Technical support of KEY customers, network monitoring, coordination of accidents connected with VPN , corporate telephony, Internet. End-user network equipment configuration.
