Since graduating from Minsk State Linguistic University I have been eager to find a job where I would be able to fulfill myself, apply my passion for communication and to use my analytical mindset. Working two years as an Office Assistant/ Translator and dealing with customers everyday was not enough for me and my interest in IT sphere was growing rapidly. I started training in technical writing and software testing and finally came to the decision to become an IT Recruiter as I love interacting with people who can think outside the box and IT sphere in general, what makes me a perfect candidate.
I understand how important it is to have a talented and strong team to develop an excellent product. That is why I want to help create such teams by searching talented and enthusiastic people.
Along with my proficiency in English, I am renowned for being able to build highly efficient relationships with people from all social backgrounds.
I have the ability to prioritize, display initiative, and multitask. I am a quick learner, eager to be challenged, can work in a deadline-driven environment.
