Responsible for projects delivery in primary focus areas of IT, Telecom, Consulting, Consumer Electronics sectors

Full delivery of search projects for middle and top level positions (IT, Sales, Marketing roles)
Leading of more than10 active positions simultaneously
Leading of regional projects in Russia and CIS
Direct Search of Candidates (classical executive search methodology with target list preparation, identification and approach of candidates)
Holding of telephone and personal interviews with candidates
(biographical, structured, case interview) and interview by Skype
Checking of recommendations
Providing candidates follow-up starting from the first interview with clients up till trial period fulfillment
Communication with clients on projects’ contents and fulfillment process
Creating of Job Descriptions in case of clients request
Preparing reports on projects results for clients
