Providing the site with technical support on Manufacturing Execution Systems (run stable and efficient IT support, enhance and improve existing applications). Support production process, improve manufacturing performance continuously. Drive, organize and schedule constant improvement of the IT applications and services. Deliver solutions of complex issues.

Manage team recruitment, and oversee personnel development (training requirements, job rotation, internal communication, motivation).

Establish close collaboration with fellow teams, IT Centers of Competence, IT Infrastructure and external suppliers to ensure stable and reliable services.

Comply and follow all procedures within the company IT policies.

Successful launch of the Bug/Task Tracking system for IT, Quality and Production departments (Bugify as a core, rewritten for our workflow/use cases). Additional development of desktop application (C#/Material Design).

Development of the "TB Feeders Dashboard" (C#) - software for the Tire Building area forklift drivers. The application features allow to reduce significantly the time needed to supply the necessary materials to machines. As a result - downtime of the tire building machines due to waiting for the materials has been decreased to almost zero. Moreover, owing to optimization of the forklift drivers production team was able to involve one of the drivers in collection of defective products which were previously collected by operators. Now operators are totally concentrated on the tire building. In other words, the work optimization took place at all the stages of the production process. Auditors called it "Best optimization of process" during internal audit of all of the Continental plants.

Development of the "ContiCards" (PHP5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Ajax) - internal Business Cards system - from concept to implementation. General Manager of Continental Kaluga has many cards (hundreds) and it was very hard to find someone quickly, update any info, control events (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) and group them all. This solution helps GM and his assistant to access easily this info and keep it under control. Now this system is available for all departments.
