Pro-actively develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs for dedicated projects;Analyze the Belorussian IT market in order to find out applicants available and trends on the job market; Use the most appropriate recruitment channels (job sites, social networks, personal contacts etc.);Organize and participate in to the interview sessions to assess candidate’s skills towards job requirements;Serve as a back-up to other members of the Talent Acquisition Team (Resource Managers, Human Resource Business Partners).
