I’m a Senior Recruiter with more than 7 years experience in IT sphere.
As an IT Recruiter I’ve successfully hired Software Developers from Junior to Senior level (Java, C++, Python, PHP, .NET, Markup, iOS, Android, ABAP), Project Managers, Sales Managers, QA Engineers (Manual/Automation), UI/UX Designers, DevOps, System Administrators, and Database Developers.
I’ve been responsible for a full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, pre-screening, face to face interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, reference checks, supporting candidates through the entire recruitment process, overcoming concerns/objections and facilitating in on-boarding activities. I have experience in finding permanent and temporary contract employees.
I’ve sourced candidates using professional and social networks (LinkedIn, AngelList, Github, Stack Overflow, job boards, Facebook, Twitter), internal database, referrals, user groups, networking events and my own private lists.
As a Team Lead I’m building and motivating a recruiting team of 6 people. I’m communicating with Customer, Hiring Managers and Business Leaders in order to understand the project needs and find the best match candidate. I’m also responsible for organization and setup of additional professional trainings for employees to help them get higher qualification and wide range of skills, important to their role. I’ve also devised a course of lectures on IT Recruiting and resume writing.
