New professional services start-up was established together with managers from Technoserv. The main specialization is Salesforce CRM consulting, outsourcing and cloud apps development. I headed Salesforce Practice as an expert who had experience with this platform before.Duties:• Go-to-market strategy development and execution;• P&L management;• Business development, leads generation and qualification;• Managing relationships with vendor (Salesforce.com);• Project management.Achievements:• The company was successfully launched and introduced to the target market.• Became partners with Salesforce.com.• Signed contracts and start of outsourcing works with two large customers from pharmaceutical industry.• Implemented lead generation and sales process.• Created Development department (3 developers).• Launched website and internal CRM system.Today we have decided to freeze the business. Nevertheless, I do not regret my decision to run this company, because it was a great experience of creating new business with more experienced partners, during which I have acquired a lot of new skills in management and sales.In spite of the important decision, we continue to support our customers.
