Linux Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Professional technical support for IT infrastructure
  • Communication with the foreign customer (email, phone)
  • Working with incoming requests (incidents) based on ITIL standards
  • Create and update working knowledge base

Required skills:

  • English - Intermediate or higher
  • Linux administration experience (RHEL/CentOS)
  • Experience in customer service or technical support – at least 2 years
  • lighttpd, Apache, Tomcat, nGinx, ТCP/IP, VLAN
  • bash, python, perl or other script language
  • Zabbix, SNMP

Desired skills:

  • Experience working in an application or infrastructure support team (Level 1 or 2)
  • Highly desirable working experience in International companies for at least 2 years
