Your Role:
Your Back-End job with us will allow you to face our challenge and mission of our Development team -- enhance our website to match the rapidly rising number of users, as we are Europe's fastest growing tech company. A/B-testing and automated testing, combined with Agile approach define our team of 90 developers. Your Back-end developer expertise will allow you to:
- Collaborate closely with our product driven teams of front-end and back-end developers, a designer and a data analyst, and a product owner;
- Work with Ruby on Rails and Nginx, MySql and Redis;
- Apply your Solr, jQuery, and Git expertise.
Your qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science;
- 5 years background with Rails development as a minimum;
- Proven expertise with relational databases (MySQL);
- Work experience with high-traffic websites is appreciated;
- Background with A/B-testing and conversion optimisation is advantageous.
