Deasign is digital communications agency with Swedish roots. We help companies and people build up amicable and meaningful relationships in contemporary digital medium. We are the team of 14 experts who aims to do digital world nicer: friendlier, more beautiful, better structured, more informative, conscious & humane, fun & enjoyable. We work with such brands as MTS, Swedish Institute, Mentos, Chupa Chups, Meller, Starbucks, Victoria Secret, Saint Petersburg State University.

Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

• Lead the overall creative vision on accounts,
• Сreate digital concepts and design solutions
• Secure overall quality of the projects,
• Manage creative team to maximize productivity, helps to build morale and create a positive work environment,
• Work with projects all the way from idea to finished product - in close cooperation with project managers, designers, copywriters and developers
• Leads brainstormings

Sales & Pitches:

• Support PM team in winning new accounts by participating in the pitch process and preparing great concepts, strategies and presentations,
• Lead client presentations,
• Partner with account and project management leaders to identify creative objectives and strategies; provide input into creative briefs.

PR:

• Responsible for participation and getting design & creative awards
• Public speaking, judging or other industry activities

We expect that you:

• has got 5+ years of experience in advertising or design
• 1+ years in the role of creative director in digital agency
• experience of working the famous brands,
• design/ journalist background,
• deep understanding of digital & web best practices,
• excellent leadership skills, great communication skills
• strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
• strong persuasive skills
• fluent English

• Working at Scandinavian origin company with offices at Stockholm and St. Petersburg,
• White salary right on time. Salary level is based on previous experience and individual interview results.
• Work up to 40 hours a week. Fixed working time per day.
• 5 weeks of vacation per year,
• Office in city centre of St. Petersburg,
• Interesting and challenging tasks within projects for Russian and European clients,
