Data Mining Engineer

We are now looking for a Data Mining Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong parallel computing skills
• Strong skills in systems automation
• 1+ years of Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Map-Reduce, Hadoop/Streaming, YARN) experience
• Experience in Apache Spark (PySpark) is a big plus
• 3+ years of any scripting language (Python, Perl are preferred)
• Experience w/ NoSQL (ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Redis, etc.) is also big plus
• Ability to work as a member of big team
• A good degree from a leading university
• Self-starter

Responsibilities:

• Take a part in development of a big analysis system based on Hadoop ecosystem
• Support all levels of Data Mining (Butchery, Mine, Transform, Delivery)
• Develop ETL/Map-Reduce/Spark jobs
• Develop internal infrastructure (DB, API, tools) to improve our system
• Provide high-grade results in short time frame
• Work w/ many projects
