Growth Hacker

We are looking for an experienced Growth Hacker who will join our marketing team and will work closely with product in order to ensure its growth.

• Decide and build a mix of marketing channels that will be used to promote the company’s products and brand
• Build and manage a team consisting of a manager for each marketing channel
• Focus on growing the performance of each channel by analysing data and optimizing
• Identify KPIs to focus on, set targets and meet them
• Conduct A / B testing and multivariate testing, and supervise design and content of creatives
• Scale and automate the growth process
• Optimise online and offline channels to maximise lead generation and ROI
• Leverage PPC, SEO, RTB, recommendation engines, email campaigns, retargeting campaigns, social networks, community management and other online media tools to generate leads
• Bring the brand’s persona to the market
• Optimize conversion funnels
• Analyse performance of each marketing channel, develop recommendations for improvement and implement them

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong project management skills
• Deep understanding of the growth hacking concept
• Strong experience with eCommerce and channels of digital marketing (social, display, SEM, affiliate, email, etc.)
• Strong experience with user acquisition/growth
• Be experienced in managing teams
• Analytical, data-driven mindset
• Fluent English
