Senior Digital Marketer / Growth Marketing Expert

An international team of Web-Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization professionals (http://stony.me/services/) is hiring.

We are growing fast and are looking for a senior-level Digital Marketer to join our team and help deliver great result to our clients.

Person on this role has potential to become Head of Digital Marketing department in the company.

Our clients are medium-sized businesses and startups mainly from US, Australia, Canada and England requiring 1,000-30,000 unique visitors a day.

Ideal candidate will own full process Digital Marketing in the company (both for our clients and ourselves).

This will include:

• Creation of overall digital marketing growth strategies for our clients and owning process of their execution.
• Setting up, configuring and optimising AdWords and Facebook ads campaigns (English and multi-language).
• Setting up, configuring and optimizing email campaigns (English and multi-language).
• Setting up, configuring and optimizing YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
• Managing other specialists required for successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and refine standard processes used inside the team when working on Digital Marketing projects.
• Consultation of team with his expertise.
• Help Junior specialists learn.
• Participate in calls with clients.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience building successful digital marketing growth strategies.
• 2 years hands-on experience building successful profitable high budget campaigns in Google AdWords and Facebook ads with proven track record.
• Ability to work by yourself and as a Senior person in a team of digital marketers.
• English working proficiency.

This is remote full-time position with challenging projects and competitive salary.
