ManyChat is a Messenger marketing and chatbot tool launched in 2016. We work directly on the Facebook Messenger platform, and we’re one of the fastest growing chatbot platforms in the world. ManyChat serves 150,000+ Facebook business pages.

Our bot building is simple and focuses on real results of engagement and sales. We help companies and entrepreneurs to grow audience, build relationships, drive leads, close sales and provide support through Facebook Messenger.

Requirements

Our designer is highly proficient in both function and form, gifted with a mind as sharp as a diamond razor and an eagle eye, relentless for pixels and spaces.

— Extensive successful experience in design for SaaS (preferably desktop) proven with a portfolio (preferably links on working apps)

— Clean and polished visual style

— Product mindset (please tell us in your introduction what this even means :)

— Great communication skills in Russian

— Strong written and spoken English

— No stress when giving up on your current solutions while searching together with the product team for ones that truly work

— Ability to give and receive adequate feedback

Skills for bonus points

— Building and managing a design team

— Building and maintaining a design system

— Statistics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)

— UI split-testing

— Writing clear and concise technical copy in English (e.g. tooltips, help texts)

— Illustrations

— Animation

— Motion design

What you're going to do

— Study and conduct research and to deeply understand the product and its users

— Create simple and clean solutions for some of the most complicated UX tasks encountered in product design

— Help bring the visual style of the web app to the next level

— Work closely with development and QA teams and support them in delivery of your solutions

— Find UX quirks, flaws and inconsistencies and dissolve them with the sunshine of your mind :)

— As a member of the product team, take part in shaping the whole platform and reinventing how communication between a business and a person should work in the 21st century
