Our Company tries to reach the level of the world leader in business application security with a primary focus on SAP and Oracle systems. Technical Support position implies a lot of responsibility and self-organization. This is truly one of the most important positions at ERPScan. Your main goal is to make a customer happy! We’d like our clients to be proud of work with our product and its capabilities. If you think you are Sherlock Holmes of technical support – this position is for you.

The working hours are during night shift with the dynamic schedule from 18-19 to 02-03 at night.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support of American clients and partners (via online meetings and email)
  • Investigation, reproduction, and resolution of technical issues of our product
  • Conduct product training for clients and partners
  • Document known issues, common user questions, and product usage best practices
  • Huge involvement into technical pre-sale activities
  • Help QA dept. with testing activities

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate a lot in international environment
  • Ability to learn complex systems and complicated technologies independently
  • Experience in technical support and technical pre-sale of complex IT products
  • Experience in Unix and Virtualization technologies
  • Understanding of Information Security principles/desire to grow in this professional area
