​Lead C++ Developer

We are looking for an experienced C++ developer to join InData Labs team in Minsk. In this role, you will drive an R&D project for one of our clients, a multinational automotive corporation. The Lead C++ Developer will have a direct and high impact on how decisions related to the project are made. You will work with smart people who love to solve hard problems, and who not only expect but also foster high performance.

Responsibilities:

• Get up to speed on the project
• Working closely with the existing team to develop and implement new features
• Communication with the client
• Solving complex technical problems
• Leading the engineering team

Requirements:

• Vast experience with С++, 
• Deep knowledge of C++ 14 
• Hands-on experience in video streaming projects with C++, OpenCV.
• Experience with OpenGL, Qt (will be a plus)
• English: intermediate +
• Strong leadership skills 
• You’re a natural problem-solver
• You’re an effective communicator
• You’re a self-starter who thrives on learning new technical skills and trying them out on high impact projects.
