Decentralized financial services company is looking for a senior product lead

We are a decentralized financial group that includes the exchange, the wallet for Ethereum and the user-facing utilities/trading services. We are a fully remote team with all of the team members speaking English (and most - Russian). We have a solid engineering team, a live and stable product and we're getting to the point where we need a product leadership to guide the next phase of the product and company development.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive prioritization of the efforts based on the internal (metrics, biz) and external (market, competitors, qualitative data) signals.
2. Drive execution of the prioritized items, working with the team on sprint planning and tracking
3. Own product changes e2e, from the inception to having them live and working perfectly.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 3-5y experience running large products
• Data-driven - solid experience building funnels, measuring LTV, setting up ads tracking, running A/B tests and such.
• Fluent English and Russian
• Timezone in the range from London to Moscow
• Bonus: leading financial products or platforms
• Bonus: understanding of dapps stack (Ethereum smart contracts)
