Senior Java Developer

Candidates will be involved in building web products with cutting edge technologies to create solutions for one of the world's largest Logistics and Financial companies. Responsibilities include developing high-quality Back-end solutions, collaborate with data science teams, big data experts and contribute to the design, architecture, implementation and timely delivery of the projects.

Good candidate has extensive experience with:

Java technologies knowledge for backend development, experience of working with relational and NoSQL Databases

Our clients are leading European or USA-based companies.

Required:

1. Java 2 years+, Scala is desirable (at least API for Spark)
2. SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle or other)
3. Knowledge of major Hadoop distributions (Hortonworks is preferable)
4. Hadoop stack (HDFS, Spark, Hive, Kafka, etc.)
5. AWS stack (EC2, S3, etc.) is desirable
6. Maven/Gradle, Git
7. Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, TeamCity or GitLab CI)
8. Basic knowledge of Linux (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.)

Will be a plus:

1. Docker, Kubernetes
2. ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana)
3. Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Integration)
4. NoSQL (Cassandra, HBase)
5. Basic understanding of Machine Learning
