Chief Technology Officer (relocation Minsk/Vilnius)

Affise (Performance Marketing Software) is a technological product company. We develop highload SaaS-services in the traffic analysis sphere.

At least by now, we are in the Top 3 of the world’s largest SaaS-services for Performance-marketing. Among our clients are such world-known giants as iFunny (#1 AppStore application in the USA), FxClub (The largest Forex broker in Europe), MobUpps (Top 30 AppsFlyer worldwide ratings), Zorka.Mobi (One of the biggest CPI networks in Russia).

Today we are more than 60 high-skilled specialists. Headquarters and development center is our office in Vilnius (Lithuania); Development hub, administrative and support-teams are in Minsk (Belarus); Sales-office in Limassol (Cyprus), Tel-Aviv (Israel), New Delhi (India).

And now we are looking for the Chief Technical Officer for our SaaS tracking and analytics platform RedTrack.io

Product is past MVP and is actively attracting customers. We have great plans related to the growth of associated products such as smart linking; report generation system; report sharing; integration with  Fraud Score.

Main stack:

Golang, React, Clickhouse, MongoDB

Must have:

• Go development and not less than 2 years in production;

• Back-end development and not less than 5 years in production;

• Prior management/team lead experience;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Experience in API design;

• Experience with ClickHouse;

• English - Intermediate for communication with the team (we are an international company)

 Will be a big plus:

• Experience in PHP/Python/Ruby technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Set clear team goals;

• Delegate tasks and set deadlines;

• Oversee day-to-day operation;

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics;

• Motivate team members;

• Discover training needs and provide coaching;

• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts;

• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments;

• Desire to understand business needs and user requirements beyond product functionality;

 We are looking for the head of development who can both lead and organize daily operations of the team and write code.

You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
