Position description (day-to-day tasks): 

• Interviewing clients.  

• Being an expert in formalization methods of customer’s requirements and looking for the best solutions for their business tasks.  

• Preparing the acceptance criteria for QA testing and UAT.  

• Defining development stages and deadlines in cooperation with the dev team leads. 

• Presenting the ready product to the customer. 

• Partner and client consulting on VirtoCommerce based solutions. 

Requirements  

• Fluency in English 

• At least 2 years of relevant experience   

• Strong customer interviewing skills and solid communication skills (verbal and written) 

• Ability to effectively present information to managers, clients, and other teammates 

• Good knowledge and experience with task and requirement formalization using Agile methodology  

• Teamwork skills 

• Good understanding of the software development process 

• Willingness (and ability) to travel for business  

• Strong passion for process automation and optimization
