Marketing Manager

Swap.Online – is a multi-cryptocurrency wallet that works directly from your browser with a built-in atomic swap exchange. We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager who will help to lead the growth of our project and strategize marketing activities.    

Responsibilities:

• Market intelligence: use market research to build out detailed buyer/user personas, define the target audience, carry out competitor analysis.
• Strategic marketing: developing a product marketing plan, messaging, content, marketing campaigns and programs, growth hacking, customer acquisition strategy
• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide necessary marketing materials in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the customer journey enhancement based on client acquisition funnel metrics and ensure the great user experience

Requirements

• Previous experience as CMO or product marketing manager
• Proven experience in growth hacking
• Data-driven, multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive and result-oriented
• Experience in fintech and/or blockchain is a bonus but not required
