Head of Product

Svyaznoy Ecommerce team is looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Product to bring best in class shopping experience to our customers. This person will lead Ecommerce Product team and will steward the development and implementation of ecommerce shopping experiences from ideation to execution to put Svyaznoy Ecommerce business on the exponential growth. You will define strategy by working backward from customer, set a bold vision, and craft product roadmaps and detailed requirements with the long-term vision in mind. The role reports to SVP of Ecommerce.

The ideal candidate will be the tremendous customer focused, first class problem solver and inspirational leader.  You will have a proven experience in high-scale product management and delivering exceptional top and bottom line results. You have a strong bias toward data driven decision-making, able to prioritize projects ruthlessly and excellent in stakeholders management across organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategies supported by internal and external analysis, your business judgment and instincts;
• Build, develop, and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with other teams;
• Make prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing customer/seller experience and business value;
• Building and tracking of product metrics, quest for constant improvements;
• Building and managing Product team;
• Functional management of Ecommerce Developers team;
• Product budget management.

Basic Qualifications

• A proven track record in managing large complex products, programs and projects from start to finish delivering impactful results;
• Experienced in establishing product strategy, business requirements and translating them into detailed specifications;
• Ability to use metrics to discern customer insights, develop assumptions and design effective, efficient, and scalable solutions;
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;
• 5+ years people management experience;
• Experience in working with cross-functional team;
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial ambiguous environment where continuous innovation is desired;
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient English speaker.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrics;
• SQL skills highly desirable;
• P&L management and GTM experience;
• Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both strategic and tactical and modes;
• Experience working in a start-up/early stage environment where you will be defining best practice for your function.
• Readiness to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
