For Middle level manager salary rate can be 50000-80000 rubles before taxes
For Senior level manager salary rate can be 120000-180000 rubles before taxes

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Experience as an IT project manager
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Understanding of various technology stack
• Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
