Kaspersky global TA (Technology Alliances) team is seeking an experienced technology marketer to lead global marketing strategy, recruitment, enablement and acceleration Tech\ISV partners into our growing ecosystem. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, product development, engineering, brand, digital and agencies and will be involved with technology products marketing strategy for wide range of developers and IT professionals from beginning to end. In addition, this role will be responsible for building and nurturing co-marketing relationships with some of our most strategic alliance partners.

The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, a builder’s mentality and a successful track record in marketing with technology/alliance partners; driving co-marketing success. They have experience in building and executing integrated campaigns that adds value for customers. The ability to effectively market across technical and non-technical audiences is key.

Ожидания от кандидата

Required experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing;
  • Proven achievements in product marketing of software or services;
  • Different countries marketing leadgen specific knowledge is a plus;
  • DM 3+ experience (KPI set up).

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally, connecting between internal and partner(s), to lead global Technology marketing strategy, planning and execution;
  • Create and execute integrated campaigns that include content assets, paid & organic social media, PR/AR to drive awareness, user engagement and help different segments of developers advance from awareness to purchase;
  • Thought Leadership and partner content. Responsible for business application thought leadership content, including web landings, auditing currently available content, improving existing content and developing new content that supports developers along their buying journey ;
  • Global demand generation campaigns. Lead acquisition/nurture projects with agencies, associations, BDMs, solution experts. Establishing performance goals, forecasting, measuring and optimizing;
  • Work with web, digital and operations teams to monitor and optimize asset/campaign performance;
  • Global collaboration. Influence decision-making across a matrixed organization, dealing with ambiguity, internally and externally;
  • Clearly communicate strategy, recommendations, and results to internal and partner leaders;
  • Monitor trends, issues, and topics that matter to Tech\ISV companies around the world;
  • Be an evangelist and a speaker, promoting technology Kaspersky's products at online/offline events, writing blogposts etc.
